Description | Fabrication of copper nanostructures is based on using a non-conductive nanoporous template which is coated with a copper layer on one side or fastened to a conductive (electrode) substrate. The growth of copper nanostructures in nanoporous templates has been studied and compared to some other biologically relevant metals, such as Ni or Co. The created nanostructures were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). |
