Description We show an example of use the classic CGH (comparative genomic hybridization) and HR-CGH (comparative genomic hybridization with higher resolution) in five multiple myeloma patients. The aim of the experiments was to complete the results of FISH analyses of other imbalanced chromosomal abnormalities. The other aim was to compare these methods in detecting chromosomal changes in samples with different infiltration.
