Description 7 deaza purines (particularly 7 deaza guanine) incorporated into the DNA sequence during in vitro extension and/or PCR enable the simple electrochemical detection of the PCR products at the carbon eletrode. Based on the pilot experiments, the utilization of the method in a fast and simple analysis of G rich repetitive sequences in eukaryotic genomes is supposed.
