Description	In relations among Czech entrepreneurial subjects, which rise according to § 261 par 1 of the Commercial Code, it is going to be a domestic relation, even if aliens sign a contract on behalf of Czech subjects, and even if the contract refers to business conditions used in other country or in foreign relations. In case that a faulty performance occurs, then it is inevitable to report the errors in time, and after that raise it timely at court (eventually at arbitration court or arbitrator).
