| Description | Objective to provide the most up to date overview of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues application in human infertility treatment. Papers extracted from the Cochrane Library of Reviews and Protocols, Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects (DARE), MEDLINEplus and the treatment guidelines used in our Assisted Reproduction Centre were analysedGnRH analogues are used in the treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibromyomas, in ovarian stimulation protocols and for fertility protection during gonadotoxic treatment. GnRH analogues represent a very effective way of treatment of fertility disorders. |
