Description The entry of multinational retail chain stores to the czech market is one from the symbols of being transformed economy. Forming of new retail network is connected with the entry of chain stores. It happened to fundamental shift in shopping culture by several generations and spending free time in shopping centres became a trendy matter. The goal of our contribution is to assess current trendy preferences of retail gravity models and shopping habits of Brno agglomeration inhabitants.
