Description | In current work we have focused on comparison of the variable performances of the fast enzymatic digestion of proteins using the different techniques: microwave technology, ultrasonic assisted protein enzymatic digestion and proteolysis accelerated by infrared radiation. To demonstrate the suitability of fast procedure, digest bovine serum albumin and in-gel tryptic digestion of proteins extracted from plants (Hordeum vulgare, Arabidopsis thaliana) were employed. |
