| Description | University counts as essential assumption for universities' successful functioning. legislative changes which are being prepared in the Czech Republic are nor based on reflection of possible problems within governing structures of higher education institutions, and in reality they may result from attmpts to excercise external power on H.E. institutions. Some key contextual elements are discussed and international obligations relevant to univerzity autonomy are pointed out. |
