Popis | The TP53 gene, a critical tumour suppressor, is mutated in about half of human cancer cases. Current detection methods are costly and time-consuming. We introduce a label-free electrochemical genosensor for rapid and sensitive TP53 gene detection. Electrode modification with various Au-based nanomaterials, including AuNPs, 3D-mu flowers, and Au-rGO, was investigated. The developed genosensors showed high selectivity and a low LOD of 0.16 pM. Precision was confirmed with RSD% values of 4.63 % (repeatability) and 4.74 % (reproducibility). Above all, we focused on individual materials and their properties when measuring the TP53 gene for future applications. The genosensor operates effectively within the physiological concentration range of 50 to 100 nM, offering a promising tool for cancer diagnostics. |
