Popis | It is evident that HMs partition between water and solid phase and binding mechanism HMs in bottom sediment is somewhat different than it is supposed. The amounts of metals bind in fractions distinguished by sequential extraction analysis are in dynamic equilibrium and are changed during sequential leaching (or metals are leached from all fractions during sequen-tial leaching). Based on these results it can be stated that using now wide spread methodol-ogy of sequential leaching analysis for estimation HMs mobility and bioavalability is very questionable and require accurate re-verification. |
