Popis | Tissue engineering aims to develop biologically functional scafolds for the repair, replacement, or regeneration of damaged tissues. The aim of this work was to find a new manufacturing process of a biologically functional scaffolds. Various synthetic biopolymers, like a gelatine, PVA, collagen have been electrospun to satisfy different clinical requirments. The main research idea was to develop a suitable bactericidal agent that could be sufficiently biocompatible and biodegradable. These requirements fulfilled an oxycellulose which was produced using plasma-chemical reaction. Chemical composition of treated cellulose samples was evaluated with ATR-FTIR and TGA. Biological activity was evaluated by CL - chemical luminiscence methods. |
