On Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at 9 am, we are preparing an autumn meeting with all ICS employees, where we will present a draft of Action Plan, which is based on activities related to obtaining the HR Award.
Because we have taken the plan more broadly, topics that are not directly related to the HR Award will also appear in it. The intention is to conceive of the preparation of the plan not only as a formality to obtain an HR award, but to make the most of it for the institute and its staff. And also focus on potential gaps and get feedback so we can take steps to improve.
The meeting will take place online via MS Teams using Sli.do.
Two years after receiving the HR Excellence in Research Award (HR Award), we have successfully passed the European Commission's assessment of our Action plan. The commissioners rated our implementation as reliable, systematic and in line with the set goals. Among other things, it is a confirmation of our efforts and commitment to continuous improvement and support of our employees.
We have moved Masaryk University one step further. At the beginning of November, the management of MU approved a strategic document on which a team of specialists worked diligently, led by our colleague Jiří Marek, to whom we congratulated for the successful completion!
