The project is aimed at evaluating the possible effect of polymorphisms in CD14 and TLR4 genes on the etiopathogenesis of atopic diseases as a whole and/or of separate diagnose, as well sa assessing the contribution of individual gene polymorhhisms or their combinations to the expression of intermediary markers in these diseases.
