Moderní metody sekvenování DNA umožňují podrobné mapování nádorového genomu a identifikaci lézí, na něž je možné cílit protinádorovou léčbu. Sekvenování pomocí dlouhého čtení dovoluje charakterizovat přestavby genomu, které je obtížné přesně určit pomocí standardních metod nádorové cytogenetiky. Ve skupině pacientů s hematoonkologickými diagnózami chceme využít nové sekvenační metody pro zjištění organizace genomu a rekurentních přestaveb s cílem pochopit mechanismy vzniku aberací a určit jejich význam pro klinický průběh nemoci a odpověď na léčbu.
