| Description | Career adaptability as an important concept for school psychologists, career guidance counselors and teachers. The goal of this paper was to examine the role of social support in the development of career adaptability and its components. Career adaptability can be developed through social relationships, specifically through support for teachers, parents and close friends. The important role in the development of the career adaptability play the using of career guidance services. The use career guidance services increases not only overall career adaptability, but also the dimension of career concern and curiosity. |
