| Description | The result is a set of software tools that enable the collection and evaluation of data (metrics) from the real and simulated environment of the production plant. The collection of logs in a real environment is realized by a manufacturing execution system. Tyrant then derives metrics from the logs that describe the expected behavior of the system (reference metrics). Simulators of digital twin components (production machines, terminals, ERP system) and orchestrator have been extended to support logging (creation of target metrics) and their central collection. The analysis of reference and target metrics is performed by the newly created Prefekt tool. Its output is detected anomalies and performance errors that occurred in a real or simulated environment. |
