Description For students of the Faculty of Education, one of the most important experiences is their teaching practice. The chapter introduces the system of internships at PdF MU with a special focus on seminars that accompany students in the performance of their internship. It is in the seminars that it is best to reflect the needs of the students and then respond to them from the teachers. This creates a specific space in which teachers and students together create a safe space in which future teachers receive feedback, support and answers to the questions they bring with each other through mutual interaction. This participation in shaping one's own content helps students meet their needs and provides teachers with incentives to best target their support. The ambition of the paper is to point out the importance of creating such an environment and benefits, from which all participants can benefit, as well as to point out some specific difficulties that students of teaching subjects face.
