| Description | In the present study, the aim was to clarify whether acute and chronic administration of sigma receptor haloperidol contributes to the electrophysiological changes of rat myocardium at nanomollar, i.e. clinically relevant concentrations. 3-D electrogram was recorded, the heart rate, QT interval and incidence of arrhythmias were evaluated and the coronary flow was measured. |
