Description We developed new nonhydrolytic methods for the synthesis of phosphosilicate and titanosilicate materials based on ester elimination from silicon acetate and tris(trimethylsilyl)ester of phosphoric acid or titanium isopropoxide. Obtained xerogels were analyzed by IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis TG-DSC, XRD powder diffraction, ICP-OES, 29Si and 31P CPMAS NMR spectroscopies.
