Description | The chapter introduces theoretical background of the research project CPV Videos Study and concludes results of analyses that were concluded so far. The main goal of the project is to document and describe real teaching process in selected subjects (Physics, Geography, English and Physical Education). In this chapter results of analyses of opportunities to learn and lesson signature are presented. The results of these systematic analyses show that the teaching process is strongly controlled by the teacher (mainly in Physics and Geography). Differences were found in ways of dealing with the content; in Geography teachers mainly deal with presenting the new content, in English with securing the content while in Physics in applying the context in new situations. |
